Training and workshops, in general, focus on a variety of topics, methods and skill-sets; including rapport, influence and persuasion, effective communication, self-enrichment, personal change, effectiveness, motivation, and systemic ecology.
For mental health professionals, trainings are offered in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), brief psychotherapy, and skills (such as rapport and the effective use of language) that are applicable in psychotherapy — regardless of orientation.

In May 2008 we did a three day training titled: An Introduction to Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Brief Psychotherapy. This was in Manassas, Virginia at The ITS Training Center. Richard and Rosemary, along with Daniel Decker of Integrated Treatment Systems were the trainers.
